Homemade Cumin / Jeera powder :

Cumin, jeera, serekam, zeera powder....

Method  :

  • Dry roast the cumin seed till you notice a strong aroma.
  • Roast in medium flame
  • It took 5 to 7 mins
  • Cool down completely
  • Grind to a fine powder

How to store :

  • Cumin seeds or cumin powder should be kept in tightly glass containers
  • Keep it for 2 to 3 months
